I joined table tennis in Fyh, and those seniors informed me to go for the 'xuan ba' on Thurs. Well, in the end the coach says he will accept 11 of us( 2 girls which means me and Ai Li with 9 boys) for the time being. So we started our training.
1) run 10 times around the field of Fyh ( Which me and Ai Li only finished 9 rounds of it in the way of running 3 rounds and walking 6 rounds when the coach asked us to run 10 rounds) P.s -- 10 rounds around Fyh's field means 4km. )
2) 100 pumping. ( We did our pumping under the supervisation of the team leader( Form 2 guy) but he didn't even look at us, he was staring at those boys. So me and Ai Li had a chance to rest. =] Instead of 100 times of pumping, we did 10 times, rested a while then carried on. But we jumped the numbers. Ex: We were supposed to carry on with 11 but we started from 15/20 something. And we kept on repeating this action till 100. =] Aren't I so clever? =] LoL I'm just joking guys.
3) 50 sit-ups. Well nothing to mention about this but its quite similar as the style of doing pumping. =] Not so many times, though. =]
4) 20 jumps ( I don't know what its called in English and the conclusion is THAT'S VERY TIRING).
I think that's all... =] Anyway.... Next day my legs were almost like broken. T.T Pity me... Haih... 48够痛!!
